Meet the Visionary Behind Career Conduit

In 2020, I embarked on a journey of coaching and mentoring underrepresented bright young talent, driven by a passion to connect them with top-tier companies. Transitioning from a career in HR for luxury fashion to a leading management consulting firm, I was inspired by the firm's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Yet, I couldn't shake the feeling that more could be done to bridge the gap.

Fuelled by a desire to make a broader impact, I launched a bold step in 2021 to establish a recruitment hub focused on early talent, specifically those from ethnically diverse backgrounds. Understanding the stark underrepresentation in corporate settings, Career Conduit was born—a platform dedicated to cultivating the next generation of diverse leaders from the ground up.
